Checkout
Our secure Checkout process has been designed to be as quick, painless and safe as possible. After adding items to your Basket and clicking 'Checkout', you will be taken through a fast four-step process:
- Your Basket: Here you can update quantities of your order including removing products, select the delivery method and see your Order Total. There is also an option to add a Reward Card to your account, and an offer code box to offer discounts for us with valid offers.
- Delivery & Payment: If you are not logged in, you will be given the option to do so, or simply provide your payment (so you can pay!) and address details (so we know where to send your game), pick a shipping method and add a Gift message if appropriate. If you have a GAME account you can log in and use your existing details stored on our Secure system, as well as telling us your Reward Card no. if it is not already linked to your account.
- Review & Confirm: Check your delivery, billing, payment details and the product you are purchasing carefully (with the order total clearly visible, including any shipping costs), then when you are happy, click Place Order.
- All Done!: View and print a summary of your order, including your order number, which is used for on-site order tracking and in Customer Services communications.
