How do I select the perfect Experience Day?
Finding the right Experience Day couldn’t be easier with GAME's experience Gift Packs.

Our experience Gift Packs don't just contain one experience, they contain a CHOICE of experiences. So you don't have to worry about making the wrong gift choice. With a Gift Pack, the recipient gets to choose ONE experience from a whole range of experiences.

Once you've made your decision, you will be asked to complete a simple form before a voucher for your chosen experience is posted to you.

How do I book my Expeience Day?
Once you've received your voucher in the post, you simply call the number provided to book a date and time for your your experience. Easy peasy.

Children's Experience Days
Looking for a gift for a young person? Our childrens' Gift Packs are broken down into three age groups (9 and under, 10 and over, and 12 to 16 year olds). Each adventure and/or activity has been specially created to suit that particular age group's needs and abilities. So you can rest assured your 6 year old won't end up Quad Biking with a bunch of 16 year olds.

What can I expect to receive in the post?
No, you won’t get a Quad Bike delivered to your door if you book a Quad Bike Discovery Adventure. Starting from as little as £35, these stylish looking Gift Packs contain ONE experience voucher plus all the important booking and experience info, a card (either pre-printed with a message of your choice or left blank), insurance documentation (£50,000 worth of cover is included free with most experiences) and a feedback form.

Are there any restrictions?
Most vouchers are subject to restrictions set by the individual Experience Day suppliers and may vary from supplier to supplier. These could include age, height, physical and medical restrictions. If you are in any doubt about your ability to take part in any of the Experience Days please contact the supplier directly and check before making your booking.

How long does the Experience Day voucher last?
All vouchers purchased from GAME are valid for nine months. Vouchers can be extended for a further nine months after they expire. However this will incur an administration charge of £20.

Can I exchange or refund my Experience Day voucher?
Vouchers can be returned for refund or exchanged within 28 days of the despatch date as long as you haven’t previously extended or exchanged it. For obvious reasons we are unable to exchange or refund your voucher if you have already booked a date and time with the Experience Day suppliers or the voucher has expired. Any queries on Experience Days purchased through GAME should be made direct to GAME on +44 (0)871 200 1221.

What do I do if I lose my Experience Day voucher?
Vouchers cannot be replaced if they are lost, damaged or stolen. GAME accepts no liability in these circumstances.

What if poor weather prevents me from taking my Experience Day?
We advise telephoning the centre before you depart to confirm that the event will take place. If the event is cancelled due to circumstances beyond their control, you will be given the opportunity to re-book the event at a time that’s mutually agreeable.
