  1. The GAME Reward Card programme is operated by GAME Stores Group Ltd (GAME) and is available to all persons who submit a completed application form. It is valid in all stores owned by GAME in the UK and Republic of Ireland and may be extended at the discretion of GAME.
  2. All cards are issued by and remain the property of GAME
  3. To earn points, the card member must present their Reward Card to sales staff at the till at the beginning of the transaction. Points will only be added at the time of purchase and cannot be added at a later date.
  4. Points are awarded on every purchase over a £1.00 except on the purchase of Gift Vouchers and Download products. Other products may be excluded at the discretion of GAME. Double points are awarded only when preordering game software.
  5. The card member will receive points on qualifying purchases which is currently calculated at the rate of 10 points for every £1.00 spent. The number of points issued may vary between qualifying purchases.
  6. The card member can redeem points against purchases in GAME Stores at a value of £2.50 per 1,000 points. Card members can only redeem points in multiples of 1,000 points. GAME reserves the right to vary the number of points required to be redeemed.
  7. Points cannot be redeemed until registered on the card member's Reward Card. It usually takes a minimum of 24 hours for points to register on a Reward card.
  8. To redeem points the card member must present their Reward Card to sales staff at the till at the beginning of the transaction. Points cannot be redeemed in GAME Concession stores e.g. Debenhams.
  9. Reward points can be used as part payment towards a product and will be earned on products where points have been used as payment or part payment.
  10. The points have no cash redemption value and cannot be exchanged, sold or transferred to another card member's account. No change or credit will be given for any overpayment using points.
  11. If a transaction on which points are earned or redeemed is cancelled or reversed or a product is returned (in accordance with GAME's Returns Policy) GAME will reverse the associated points earned or redeemed. The card member must present their card to sales staff when they require a refund so that points awarded can be debited from the card for the product being returned.
  12. Information on how Game uses personal data collected by GAME from members and additional card members is governed by GAME's Privacy Policy.
  13. Additional cards may be issued, by request from a card member, to other household members of the card member, at the discretion of GAME. Household members issued with additional cards may earn and redeem points on the card member's GAME account (subject to these Terms and Conditions) but the card member will be responsible for the actions of such household members.
  14. GAME will collate all information relating to the card member's GAME account. The card member is responsible for the account so will have access to all points earned on that account (including those earned by household members).
  15. It is the responsibility of the card member to notify GAME, either through their local store or online, if their details are incorrect or change.
  16. If the name and address details on the card member's form are incomplete or inaccurate when joining, GAME reserves the right to suspend use of the card.
  17. If the GAME Reward Card is lost, stolen or damaged, the card member should notify GAME immediately, either online at game.co.uk or via Customer Services so that a replacement card can be arranged.
  18. GAME reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, or suspend or terminate the GAME Reward Card programme at any time. If the Reward Card programme is terminated (for whatever reason) the card member's and any household members' rights to earn or redeem points are lost. GAME will give the card member as much notice as it reasonably can. Earning or redeeming points will constitute acceptance of any amended terms and conditions.
  19. Individual Reward Card accounts may be terminated at any time, at the discretion of GAME, where the card member breaches these Terms and Conditions or GAME reasonably believes that the card member has abused the GAME Reward Card programme. GAME reserves the right to take any appropriate action deemed necessary where a card member is found to have abused the programme. A card member may terminate his/her GAME Reward Card account at any time.
  20. If the card member does not use their GAME Reward Card for a period of 18 months or more, their Reward Card may be terminated. They are entitled to reapply to the programme and GAME may, at its discretion, re-award any points which were held on the Reward Card at the time the card member's name was removed from the programme.
  21. A sign-up fee is charged for all GAME Reward Cards. This fee may be waived at GAME's discretion.
  22. Any printed statements made by GAME Reward Card and the conditions and the conditions of use, as stated on the back of the GAME Reward Card, form part of the Terms and Conditions of the GAME Reward Card programme.
  23. Card members in the Republic of Ireland will earn and receive their points in Euros. Any reference made in these terms and conditions to pounds (£)/pence (p) should be substituted for the word or symbols Euro (€)/cent(c).
  24. Household members are third parties for the purposes of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 and do not have the right to enforce any term of these Terms and Conditions.
  25. These Terms and Conditions are subject to English Law.
  26. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
