Shopping Basket
When you click to "Add to Basket" the details of the related product will appear in the "Shopping Basket" in the top right hand corner of the site. This will keep a track of your intended purchases as you shop. Don't worry if you put something in there by accident you can always remove it later!
After you've selected all of the items you want, simply click on the "Checkout" button on your Shopping Basket and you will be taken through the simple-to-follow Checkout and Payment process.
Payment Options
We accept VISA, MasterCard credit cards as well as Maestro, Solo and Delta debit cards. Sorry, we cannot accept any cheques for payment.
You will need to enter the three or four digit number (known as CVV or CV2) that appears on the back of your card. Please ring Customer Services on +44 (0) 871 200 1221 if the number is not present on your card.
Pricing & Availability
Our prices are intended to be competitive in respect to other websites selling a similar product range.
Every week we compare our top chart titles against other websites to ensure we continue to bring you great prices. For this reason there may be differences between prices on this site to those in our store chain, where the strategy is to price competitively in the local market. In instances where our online price is lower than in one of our stores, that store is not able to match the online price.
All prices shown on this website are in UK Pounds Sterling and are inclusive of VAT which is charged at the current UK rate (No GB 591 9373 01).
All Pre-Orders placed on a product will be supplied at the price ordered at the time, or the release price - whichever is the lowest. The only exception to this is where the product has changed from the original description given e.g. it now includes a special controller.
The availability and anticipated delivery lead time of an item will be clearly displayed to you when at the checkout confirmation stage of a transaction.
We endeavor to maintain adequate supplies of product to meet anticipated demand but can in no way guarantee availability of any item.
Alterations Or Deletions
Please note alterations or deletions to orders cannot be made once the order has started processing.
Should you need to make alterations or deletions on an order, and you have an online account with us, you can do so in the View Orders page in the My Details area of the site.
If you don't have an account and wish to make alterations or deletions simply call the GAME.co.uk Customer Service Center on 0871 200 1221 (*Calls cost 10p per minute; calls from mobiles and some networks may be higher) and a representative will help you. (Hours of Operation: Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm.)
