Questions about the Reward Card Programme

Please note: To earn points, the Card Member must present their Reward Card to sales staff at the till at the beginning of the transaction. Or if shopping Online, they must enter their Reward Card number when prompted in the Checkout when placing an order. Points will only be added at the time of purchase and cannot be added at a later date.

1. What Benefits Do I get when I Join the Reward Programme?
   Whether you visit our stores in the UK or Republic of Ireland or buy on the GAME.co.uk website, you can earn points giving you great savings. GAME will reward you with special benefits including Double Reward Points when you pre-order new release software titles and Bonus Reward Point offers on many products throughout the year. Plus, you may also receive advance information on forthcoming games and consoles - only available to GAME Reward Card members! Please note that double points relate to software preorders only, and there are no points awarded when purchasing Gift Vouchers or Download products.
   
2. How do the Points Work?
   We will give you 10 points for each £1.00 that you spend at GAME, whether you shop on the GAME.co.uk website or in our Stores. Every 1000 points that you collect earns you a saving of £2.50 off anything instore. The more points that you earn, the bigger the saving that you can make.
3. How do I Know how Many Points I've Earned?
   You can check your Points Balance online. For every 1000 points that you earn, you are entitled to take £2.50 off your purchase.

5. I'm already a Member, How do I Benefit?
   When you make a purchase online, just complete your Reward Card details and your points will automatically be credited to your account, it's as simple as that!
6. Who can I Contact if I have a Problem with my Reward Card?
   Contact our Customer Services Department.
7. How do I Join the Programme?
   Pay the one-off £3.00 fee and a card will be forwarded to you within 21 days if you are in the UK. You'll be able to use your card when you shop in any GAME store or on the web. Join up now and you will be able to start collecting points today. You can buy a Reward Card by following this link.
8. I Live Outside the UK. Can I access my Points Balance Online?
   The facility to update your personal details is currently available to UK customers only. Non UK customers, please contact Customer Services to update your details.
