Click & Collect
NOTE: This service has been suspended for the Christmas period. It will resume shortly after Christmas. You can still have orders delivered to you or you can buy direct from your nearest GAME Store.
For GAME Reward Card holders we offer a "Click & Collect" service which allows you to have your order delivered to a GAME Store near to you.
This service is only available on large hardware items and hardware bundles. The full list of items is listed here, and individual items are marked as eligible for this service when you view the product details page.
To make use of this service you must log in and have linked your Reward Card number to your game.co.uk Account.
When you use Click & Collect, you will need to pay for your order online. Your card will be charged once the item(s) you've ordered are on the way to the store. When you checkout you will be offered the choice of Click & Collect or Home Delivery service and a Store Finder tool, which will locate GAME stores near your chosen town or postcode.
Before visiting the Store to collect your order please use the Delivery Tracker Tool to check that it has been delivered.
When collecting your order, please bring the order number and any one of the following proof of identity: Passport, Driving License or a Utility Bill.
You will have 14 days in which to collect your order once it has arrived in Store, after which it will be returned to our warehouse.
