Really good game, no cons on it at all. I have great pings with everyone around the world including America and Russia with my 10Mb connection. Single player is enjoyable and multi player is fantastic. With no dedicated servers you don't get choice but doesn't stop you from having a good time on a good game. Its a must for first person shooter fans.

An enjoyable SP experience for sure. Shame the MP element is spoiled with aimbots and wallhackers from day 2 of release. Add in no dedicated server capability, as IW force you to host it yourself your left with no admin ability nor can you edit anything directly. PC users are playing a direct console port basically. Untill Infinity Ward patch this game to the state MW1 is in (enabling basic online functions, never mind modding potential) don't get this game. If you must, grab the PS3 or Xbox 360 version and enjoy what is a fun game at its heart - however black and cold it is.

This game although graphicaly stunng is a major let down. The single player is average and the mulitplayer disastrous. No community based servers means that cheaters cannot be banned, Pings are around 100-300 on average (which is not what the false ping meter ingame says) and alot of other functions fans of the COD franchise will sorely miss. This game is good on the consoles but that is all it is, a console game. In my memory it is the most direct port of a console game to PC and should not be given the time of day on the PC platfrom. Good luck if you buy it.
