I have had both Pokemon Mystery Dungeon games for DS & have traded them both in. The games were ruined by the same thing, you are a team of 2 starter pokemon against a legendary Pokemon & it dosnt display how much HP they have left so you are battling for ages wondering when its going to end. Boring gameplay. Stick to the original Pokemon games or even try Ranger if you are that desperate.

Pokemon Mystery Dungeon is a very good game. The graphics are not the best but that isn't such a big deal. The game was shorter than I expected but long enough and it has a good post story. Mystery Dungeon isn't as good as the original Pokemon games (Diamond, Pearl, Red, Blue, Sapphire ect.) but it is still worth buying and although there isn't much use of the touch screen, it still works. It is differnent from other Pokemon games because you can play as the Pokemon and not as the trainer. The story is the best thing about this game. It is deep and dramatic and will make you want to play on. You play as a human who has somehow woken up one day to find themselves as a Pokemon in a Pokemon world. You form a rescue team with your partner Pokemon and together solve the mystery of how you became a Pokemon. One of the best aspects of Pokemon Mystery Dungeon is that you take a quiz at the start to decide which pokemon you are in the game. Overall a very cute, enjoyable game! Much reccomended.

OK then. This is a game that is neither good nor bad. In a way it's very unique. The story could possibly bring you close to tears (seroisously) but thats if you can withstand the repetitive gameplay! Mostly the game involves this you treck through so many floors of a dungeon defeating pokemon as you go along. When you reach the summit or the basement you battle a legendary. Then you do it again. And agian. Graphically, story, soundwise very, very nice but gameplay: ULTRA DULL! Still worth a try for pokemaniacs
