i love it, it works for everything on your xbox not just msn! it don't come in black but still iv had mine for about 6months and there's nothing wrong iv dropped it twice and it still goes! it's works with msn, games, profile editing, game searching you name it it does it and makes the xbox so easy to use it's unreal!

had this for over 1 year, not 1 button has broken, always use for msn, very handy for sending long messages aswel, instead of selecting dis letter. worth the money!

You cant get these in black. These are very useful when wanting to use MSN, or you are updating your Profile on XBL. The downside is that the buttons are quite flimsy, and my "u" button has broken, (It works fine if i push it HARD) Anyway, there is little point in buying this if you have a USB keyboard. The upside for the ChatPad is that there is a special MSN button, which opens up a small dialog box in which you can see and send messages during a Movie or Game. You cant access this box with the Controller nor a normal USB Keyboard. I would rate it 4/5 for its usability and practicality. Remember, if you have a USB Keyboard, use it instead.
